When applying for any course (including our 8-Piece Flagship Course, Bulldozer/Excavator Certifications, or Class A CDL Training), you agree to provide completely accurate, current, and truthful personal qualifications. HEOA reserves the right to deny or rescind enrollment to any student found providing false information during application processing.

3. Tuition and Payment Terms

By utilizing our "Make a Payment" system, you agree to pay all scheduled fees, tuition deposits, and material charges associated with your selected program. All transactions are handled securely by our third-party billing providers. Specific course cancellation and refund schedules are governed directly by your signed physical Student Enrollment Agreement rather than web-based receipts.

4. Safety & Heavy Equipment Operational Rules

All practical hands-on training sections require rigorous compliance with on-site safety procedures. HEOA enforces strict standards matching commercial requirements:

• Students must always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as dictated by instructors.
• Any intentional reckless behavior or failure to follow field safety protocols may result in immediate expulsion from the course without tuition refund.
• Operational guidelines strictly adhere to current state guidelines, OSHA, and MSHA safety expectations.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials displayed on this website, including course text, photography from training fields, layouts, design schemes, graphics, and our registered corporate branding logo, are the exclusive property of Heavy Equipment Operating Academy and are protected by applicable trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

HEOA acts as an educational and training facility. While we provide advanced tools, extensive job placement support, and professional training resources, graduation does not guarantee automatic commercial employment. HEOA is not liable for any direct or indirect professional outcomes post-completion.
